St Edmund's holds many College events such as Mother's Day, Discos, Father's Day and the Abbotsleigh Concert to name a few. The College also runs structured fundraising activity and events throughout the year. Our main fundraising event is Eddie's Big Night Out which is held in June each year. Along with Eddie's Golf Day, our Ladies' Shopping Night, and Wahroonga Rotary Breakfast, these events help raise awareness of disability and for the College and raise much-needed funds for programs, resources and teaching and learning activities for the students.
St Edmund's is very fortunate to have Eddie's Mates - a group of parents, ex-parents and well-connected business people in the community, who generously give their time to support our fundraising, specifically Eddie's Big Night Out. Eddie's Mates started in 2007 and the Mates, combined with our parent community, have raised over $2.5 million in funds - supporting the upgrades of classrooms, programs and facilities at the College.
